Job Description:

Senior Software Engineer for a development team delivering middleware/backend restful services using Java Spring Boot 

•    Demonstrated understanding and application of modern software design patterns

•    Demonstrated issue resolution skills and creativity

•    Good communication skills – able to articulate issues, solutions; present opinion

•    Teamplayer fluent in scrum agile processes

Preference given to candidates with experience in one of following domains: payment processing, payment fraud prevention, eCommerce checkout services, especially in a retail, fast-food or similar company 

Nice to have experience:

•    PCF deployment

•    PCI compliance

•    Team Leadership

•    Application design/ownership

•    High availability 

Design, Develop, Test and Deploy Java Spring Boot microservices to manage customer wallet, process payment requests, prevent fraud

•    Technical contributor to scrum team work. Collaborate and provide input during Scrum ceremonies & design sessions.

•    Work independently to Analyze Requirements, Design, Code, Debug, Unit Test, integrate with other code for new requirements, based on direction provided by the Dev Lead 

•    Maintain, refactor fix defects in existing code
