Minimum 15 years of experience in end-to-end project Development, Support & Maintenance.
Experience working with Offshore/Onshore Model to support applications across the globe.
Experience working with different web tools & technologies using industry changing multiple frontend, backend & Infrastructure Setup.
Knowledge of Web Content Management (WCM), eCommerce, rich dynamic web portals and applications.
Strong leadership skills to motivate and encourage the team and define the road map to success.
Excellent Team management skills to delegate responsibilities, handle conflicts, evaluate performances & coach team members.
Excellent time management, problem solving, teamwork, and communication skills.
Experience with Agile Software Development Lifecycle.
Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills to coordinate with different stakeholders, clients and team members.
Daily/Weekly/Monthly reporting to showcase progress & set expectations and objectives.
Experience working with version control system for designs and code, such as git, subversion etc as part of CI/CD process.
Understanding of Amazon Web Services (AWS) cloud platform.
Must have good experience working with Responsive & Mobile Applications development.
Exposure to Creative Design tools like Photoshop, Sketch, InDesign role is a Plus.
Candidate to be proactive, able to manage his or her own work and contribute to discussions on a team level
