Job Overview:
The IAM Sr. Security Engineer is asubject matter expert who, through independent project engagements andcollaboration with business and technology partners, as well as third partyvendors, designs and engineers the IAM platforms for the enterprise. This positionwill serve as subject matter expert (SME) for Sailpoint IdentityIQ andOneLogin, and will be responsible for the configuration and maintenance of theproduct including code management, war file compilation and deployment acrossvarious environments. The IAM Principal/Sr. Security Engineer maintains currentknowledge of new products, industry trends and recommends enhancements andpurchases that allow UNFI to maintain healthy and functional applications andprotect its employee’s identities.

Job Responsibilities andAccountabilities:
- Designs, configures, and manages SailPoint’s IdentitiyIQ solution within the enterprise.
- Ensures collection, documentation, and analysis of user stories technical requirements.
- Conducts quality assurance testing (QA).
- Creates and manages IdentityIQ technical documentation.
- Installs, integrates, configures, and deploys IAM solutions and systems to facilitate User Life-Cycle Management, Identity and Access Governance, Automated Provisioning, Single Sign-On, Federation, Privileged Account Management.
- Works with the business units to identify business requirements for requested projects. Identifies the technical requirements of projects. Researches and mitigates significant risks associated with projects.
- Plans and organizes tasks, coordinates with additional development teams.
- Reviews and submits technical and security improvement recommendations.
- Designs and develops Identity LifeCycle Management (ILM) solutions based on industry best practices.
- Leverages capabilities of vendor solutions and develop solutions based on future state in mind.
- Develops solutions based on secure design and/or coding practices.
- Performs analysis of business models, logical specifications, and/or customer requirements to design and build Identity Lifecyle Management (ILM) integration solutions utilizing multiple technologies.
- Follows the established change control processes, maintain and modify ILM applications.
- Coordinates changes with members from IAM and external teams including Infrastructure Engineers, DBAs, application support teams and Information Security.
- Provides on-call support for production and non-production issues.
- Trains and teaches other engineers and developers.
- Analyzes performance of ILM applications and correct deficiencies based on consultation with teams and approval of manager.

Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in management information systems, computer science, or related discipline is required.
- 5 years IT experience.
- 3 years of experience in design, implementation, and support of various Identity and/or Access Management (IAM) solutions.
- 3 years of experience in Java programming.
- Demonstrated experience with Linux/Unix, Windows, scripting (Bash, PowerShell, Perl), SQL, LDAP, and web services.
- Experience with the design and deployment of secure RESTful Web Services.
- Demonstrated experience leading and participating in troubleshooting, managing, and solving issues related to identities, systems, access, accounts, authentication, authorization, entitlements, and permissions.
- Knowledge of LDAP and identity federation.
- Exposure with source control tools (e.g. Subversion, GIT, CVS).
