We are seeking a talented Application Developer IV to design, develop, test,maintain, and support complex applications that are secure, scalable, androbust. The Developer IV will lead and participate in the creation ofenterprise solutions. This position is reserved for staff that has tenure andis a specialist/expert in their area. Takes a broad perspective to identifysolutions and is able to work independently with little guidance.
What you would be doing:
� Developand maintain new and existing technology systems.
� Provideleadership and mentoring to other developers.
� Developappropriate requirements, scope, and estimates.
� Buildstrong internal and external partnerships.
� Activelysupport the company’s strategic future, culture and leadership practices.
� Proactivelypursue development opportunities and shows expected progress on learning plan.
� Createand maintain complex applications for the benefit of internal and externalcustomers.
� Provideoversight to project team members on development best practices. Assist withcoding questions as needed.
� Leadthe development of technical application design documents on complex projects.
� Provideunit testing of all coding changes with the goal of providing a stableproduction environment. Provide oversight and final testing of code from otherproject team members.
� Buildand maintain applications in such a way that exceeds regulatory requirements.Security is a critical design requirement and data, systems, and applicationsmust be protected at all points of the development lifecycle.
� Responsiblefor reporting risks that are identified to the appropriate team and/ormanagement. Additionally, responsible for managing, monitoring and reportingrisks within the scope of your work area, to include, but not limited toInformation Security risks.

What You’ll Need To Succeed
� BSin Computer Science / Computer Information Systems or equivalent degree, orequivalent experience can be substituted for degree.
� 10 years’ experience with coding in (C#, SQL, Mulesoft)
� Additionalprogramming language skills are a plus.
� Experiencewith ReactJSor similar frameworks would be a plus.
� Understandingof the CI/CD pipelinesand how to automate processes.
� Provenexperience developing RESTfulAPI’s.
� Advanceddatabase design and development.
� Advancedknowledge of Modern OS architecture concepts and communications protocols.
� Proficientin the Agile methodology (Scrum& Kanban preferred).
� Experttechnical knowledge in software development methodologies, design andimplementation.
� Goodto excellent understanding of entire development process, includingspecification, documentation and quality assurance.
� Partnerwith Business Analysts, Quality Assurance Analysts, and Technical ProductOwners to define features.
� Advanced knowledge of entiredevelopment process, including specification, documentation and qualityassurance.
� Advancedanalytical, design and problem-solving skills atmulti-product/multi-environment level to troubleshoot system defects andmitigate the issues they cause.
� Expertunderstanding of concepts of project planning and project management techniquesto assist in small projects and/or group initiatives.
� Expertresearch and analysis skills, and an understanding and awareness of businessissues as they impact overall project plans.
� Excellent verbal and writtencommunication skillswith the ability to express and document complex technical concepts in businessterms.
� Excellentinterpersonal skills with the ability to work in a cross-functional projectteam.
