JD:
- Develop a strong platform roadmap by aligning technical features and programs across the business units.
- Evangelizing platform capabilities across the organization through demos, presentations, content creation and other means.
- Act as a liaison between the platform team, business partners and consuming application teams across the organization.
- Effective communication of the platform road map to stakeholders and clearly articulating to them what matters to them in the road map.
- Identify commonalities & variabilities in requirements from various business units and use them as input into the platform road map
- Prioritization of the platform road map items and ability to effectively negotiate with business units and solution engineering teams as needed.
- Work closely with platform development teams to ensure the technical features being developed are aligned with the security, infrastructure and enterprise architecture guidelines.
- Establish and measure key performance indicators for the platform within the organization, Use these metrics to communicate effectiveness of the platform.
- Evaluate and assess technology products, best practices and trends applicable to the technology platform and its operating characteristics.
