'Hands on experience in JavaJ2EE Hands on experience in DEP skills Understanding of dimension and facts and relational models Good understanding of Manufacturing domain concepts including PeopleSoft transactions and journal handling Good Data Analysis skills Extensive hands on experience in JavaJ2EE Knowledge of PLSQL or other data querying tool Analyze complex business and technical problems related to the implementation of new technology ando r the customization of existing technologies Partner with other technology teams to work with business executives and end users to conceptualize new application projects recommend technologies and implementation strategies Understand the changing business needs of the organization projects and recommend viable strategies for the future Author and or Review architecture design and other technical documents ensuring high quality deliverables and systems development across tech stacks and applications teams Knowledge in design patterns Knowledge in understanding the architecture of the application and able to drive changes in architecture Experience in handling customer calls and attend status meeting Scrum knowledge is preferable Scrum experience will have more weightage Hands on development creating proof of concepts and maintaining small development projects Help ensure high quality software delivery by providing guidance on testing strategy providing technical consultation to plan design performance testing and profiling of application and providing feedback guidance for tuning performance and other nonfunctional elements of the application
