Job Description and Responsibilities: 
Resource should understand the second and third order consequences of activities in and adjacent to his area of responsibility 
Execute against sustained engineering and problem management projects and improvements related to their technical space 
Identify the problems arising out of incidents alerts support operations etc carrying ownership to have them addressed and resolved and provide updates on how it is improving the health and stability 
Also define appropriate metrics collect and report Identify the process gaps and work with appropriate stakeholders for necessary resolution will be able to own the processes
