Title: IAM/ Sailpoint BA

Locations: Golden Valley, MN

Duration: Contract (Remote until COVID)

Key responsibilities                      

•              5+ years of professional Identity Management (IDM) experience, with demonstrated understanding of modern IDM concepts and best practices

•              Solid knowledge of identity data flows, engineering workflows, security roles, certification/attestation, entitlement management, and access governance

•              Knowledge and hands on experience in design and implementation of SailPoint IIQ access certifications

•              Familiarity with integrating SailPoint IIQ with various technologies, including ServiceNow, SAP, Azure AD, Office 365, RACF, LDAP directories, and relational databases

•              Proven track record of seeking, learning, and effectively applying technical information available from various sources, including documentation, online sources, practical testing and experimentation, and the knowledge of other technical professionals

•              Experience engaging with stakeholders as part of a mature Information Security organization, including engaging with GRC (Governance, Risk and Compliance) leadership and Enterprise Architecture at all levels of the organization

•              Experience with Database Administration (Oracle, Sybase, MSSQL, MySQL)

•              Experience with various APIs including SCIM, REST, and SOAP

•              Familiarity with programming and web technologies such as Java/BeanShell, JavaScript, SPML/SOAP, JSF, and Log4j

•              Experienced in technical requirement gathering and designing solutions

•              Ability to provide rigorous and detailed descriptions of problems and features to product developers and managers, and to update descriptions, status, and information in a well-organized manner

•              Relevant client facing and Project Management experience to work with multi-disciplinary team and other stakeholders

•              Possess good communication and presentation skills

•              Self-driven and ability to perform in demanding environment

•              Strong thought leadership, envisioning and solutioning skills, with an ability to draw big picture at the same time able to detail on lower level functional issues
