Description:  

 

At a minimum, the Contractor must meet the following criteria.

 

1.2.   Knowledge and experience implementing government SharePoint projects.

1.3.   Knowledge and experience with SharePoint Custom solutions

1.4.   Must have a minimum of 5 years’ experience with implementing intranet solutions with SharePoint and have at least one implementation in the last 12 months.

 

2.      Description of Services

The following requirements are key elements to the success of the project:

a.         Active Directory integration with site roles and security tied to Active Directory group membership.

b.         Design, develop custom SharePoint solutions.

c.         Design, develop, and implement Enterprise Search capabilities (custom search-driven applications).

d.         Design, develop and implement Forms (InfoPath, SharePoint Designer or 3^rd party).

e.         Design, develop and implement Workflow (Out of Box, custom or 3rd party depending on requirements). Provide a general description of the techniques, approaches and methods to be used in completing a project.

f.          Design, develop and implement of Document Management.

g.         Provide plan for Administration of SharePoint 2013/2019.

h.         Design, develop and implement Records Retention plan (Out of Box or 3^rd Party depending on requirements).

i.           Design, develop and implement Line of Business integration with UDOH’s core systems.

j.           Design, develop and implement Business Connectivity Services where applicable.

 

3.      Technical Requirements

The proposer shall provide the following:

a.         Detailed planning documentation needed for the preparation and execution that pertains to the following, but not limited to, elements of a SharePoint 2013:

·                  Deployment Planning

·                  Software and Hardware Requirements

·                  Migration from on-premise SharePoint 2013  to SharePoint 2019

·                  Knowledge of Migrating on-premise SharePoint 2013 to SharePoint Online (Azure )

·                  Security Permission

·                  Load Balancing

·                  External Services Integration

·                  Branding and User Interface

·                  Governance and documentation

·                  Storage Configuration

·                  Farm Design

·                  Enterprise Search Support

·                  Implementation Support

·                  Site Development and Migration

b.         Physical and logical architecture design plan and recommended SharePoint 2013 Server
