JOB DUTIES:
The candidate will be responsible for the tasks, including but not limited to:
· Responsible for operational support activities for Order Management application
production support including trouble shooting, monitoring and providing resolutions
to meet SLAs.
· Participate in daily operational activities by supporting Center’s, provide solutions
to trouble tickets coming from various channels including online support.
· Participate in day to day activities involving production operational activity monitoring
to support the Order Management application.
· Work with internal IT teams and external teams including the biz clients on various issues
and resolutions to provide best customer experience.
· Monitor and debug production issues, generate and monitor supporting reports.
· Support the strategic initiatives of the Organization.
