HM is establishing a team with Talech onboarding team on how they engage customers with Talech. Building a cloud based application to do so. 3 developers 2 QAs, 3 more developers and another QA needed.

This is a Senior level position so someone to hit the ground running no hand holding- no time for that. Mid-level and juniors get out of here.

Might not be able to find ALL bullets on tech stack but more candidates w/ it more preferred they are.

Java, Spring, Hibernate, Microservice, NoSQL DB will be most important as well as working closely with React and the stack that goes along with it: HTML, CSS, Node, etc.

They will consider someone with 5 years of STRONG React experience, but wouldn't go under 5 years.

 Fun team, candidates like to have fun, work hard, play hard, culture fit as well somebody with good communication skills often times he can't understand candidates during an interview.

 Interview Process:

 Coding assessment provided by HM- Manager will be assessing resumes and sending the tests for the candidate that seem to be good potential matches.

Will send link to log in to take a coding test to see candidates process, not going to be rocket science so not to discourage candidates but can they put these things together.

 Once the assessment is passed they will move into a Video Interview probably 90 minutes with a lot of questions and architecture questions and so on.
