Detailed Job Description:

1. Installation and maintenance of WebSphere Application Server.
2. Installation of WAS product.
3. Experience with SSL configurations in WAS.
4. Experience in deploying, configuration and administration of J2EE applications on WAS 8.x
5. Creating and configuring Clusters and other resources.
6. Experience in configuring WebSphere Global Security with various registers.
7. Experience on applying fix packs.
8. Experience in troubleshooting Out Of Memory, GC, hung threads, CPU Starvation issues.
9. Experience in creating scripts / utilities to automate repetitive tasks (back-ups, refreshes, fail overs, health check etc.)
10. Generate and propagate web server plugin
11. Installation of WCS and maintenance
12. Installation of WebSphere product
13. Creating WCS instances.
14. Experience on applying fix packs for both the product and instances.
15. Installation of SOLR and maintenance
16. Experience in setting up search index
17. Experience in enabling replication for search servers.
18. Create custom scripts for indexing jobs
19. Unix/Linux knowledge
20. Creating File system
21. Creating NAS drives / Symbolic links
