Job Duration: 5 weeks extension

Location: Dorchester, MA (Local Only)

Job Description FTC position for supporting the MacBook devices.

• Basic overview of duties/responsibilities:
• Design and Implement processes to effectively manage Santander's Macintosh OSX deployments
• Ensure security and compliance of Windows MacBook devices in production
• Administrate JAMF server and all certificates required for imaging and securing MacBook devices
• Image and deploy new Windows Macintosh devices
• Software packaging for Windows MacBook devices
• Address end user issues and support needs for Windows MacBook devices
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements:

1. Apple MacOS JAMF [5-10 years experience]

2. Windows OS SCCM [5-10 years experience]

3. Active Directory [1-5 years]

4. Office 365 / MS Teams / etc. [Preferable]

5. Experience having setup Apple MacOS devices and JAMF management tool at the enterprise level is highly preferable with experience troubleshooting with both Apple and JAMF SMEs

6. Must be in Boston area and willing to go to 75 State Street or CPK as needed
