· Oracle HCM Cloud – Absence Management

· Oracle HCM Cloud – Learning

· Oracle HCM Cloud – Benefits (Canada)

· Oracle HCM Cloud – Workforce Compensation

· Oracle HCM Cloud – Global Human Resources

· Oracle HCM Cloud – Talent Management (Goal and Performance Management)

· Oracle HCM Cloud – Reporting and Analytics (OTBI)

· Have a complete understanding of all HCM technologies in order to create brand compliant training materials (guides, videos, FAQs) for new systems

· Update existing training materials when there are changes to processes or functionalities.

· Manage the translation process for learning materials.

· Create all guides in several languages (up to 13)

· Develop web-based training course on GEMS. (Adobe Captivate)

· Develop PowerPoint presentations and other types of materials for trainings, presentations and reference.

· Other ad-hoc requests related to the HCM systems (Payroll, GEMS, Avature)
