Essential Skills   Position Description:The IAM SailPoint IIQ developer is responsible for designing, developing and supporting key applications for Identity provisioning and governance of user ID’s and entitlement privileges. The developer will build Role Based and Attribute Based Access Control strategies (RBAC) for access to sensitive systems. This role also will build tools to automate provisioning, reviewing, and termination of Access, within the SailPoint Identity IQ Solution and provide technical assistance and direction to the team in the design and implementation of reporting.Job Duties and Responsibilities:• Set-up, configuration and development of SailPoint IdentityIQ platforms• Manage source code and builds for compliance reporting• Performing Java development tasks to deliver new and upgraded web based solutions to a Linux/Windows production environment.• Communicating to internal clients and partners’ aspects of the implementation at the technical and/or functional level appropriate for the situation.• Application of software development principles, theories, concepts, and techniques.• Understand Business Requirements; participates in System Requirement Analysis; design Applications based on System Requirements and Architecture, prototype if necessary, develop, unit test and deployment.• Assist with troubleshooting any issues faced in the system.• Coordinate operational activities amongst multiple groups of technical stakeholders• Stay current on technology and industry technology trendsMinimum REQUIRED Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:• At least 5 years of experience in Solution, Design and Development of web applications using the Java EE, Tomcat/Web Sphere/WebLogic, Oracle/SQL, Shell Script, Unix, etc.• 2 + years of SailPoint IdentityIQ development experience• At least 2 years of hands on experience in SailPoint IdentityIQ IAM product – in writing custom workflows, rules, forms, connectors, etc. • At least 4 years of Java and J2EE experience. Experience with the following programming languages: Java, JavaScript, JSP/Servlets, SQL.• Experience with the following web technologies: XML, SPML/SOAP, Web and Application Servers, HTML.• Experience setting up and installing software on both Windows and Unix (Linux, Sun, HP, AIX) platforms.• Strong technical and analytical skills with the ability to analyze system functionality with customer and resolve production issues.• Experience with Databases (DB2, Oracle, Sybase, MSSQL).• Experience with Directories (LDAP, AD).• Thorough understanding of relational databases, XML, web services,etc.• Understanding of design patterns and ability to use them in real world situations.• Hands-on experience with Build and Deployment tools using Maven, ANT and languages - shell script• Good knowledge of database concepts with working knowledge on SQL and Stored Procedures.• Good understanding in Open source APIs like Spring, Hibernate and Persistence Framework etc.• Hands on experience in Java/J2EE design patterns and UML design tools• Need to have knowledge - Enterprise Service Bus (ESB), Enterprise Data Warehouse (EDW), ITSM, ITIM, Virtual Directory, Azure, AD, LDAP, CyberArk, Okta, etc.• Thorough understanding and hands on implementation experience in Identity and Access Management areas like Identity Life Cycle Management, Web Access Management, Enterprise Directory Architecture, Single Sign On, Federation, RBAC, ABAC, Access Governance, Privileged Access Management, etc. using various industry leading IAM product suites, with a thorough expertize in SailPoint IdentityIQ. • Execution of test scripts to validate new functionality, assisting in writing of test scripts, debugging and issue resolution, and post go-live support.• Development of user guides/help documentation, and overall usability for SailPoint IIQ users• Good understanding and working experience in integrating SailPoint to technology:o Active Directoryo LDAPo CyberArko ServiceNowo EDWo Azure ADo Oktao Database (Oracle, DB2, MSSQL, etc.)o ISAM/TAMo ITIMo Custom connector (REST and SOAP Web Service)o SCIMo SAP HREducation and Training:Computer Science Degree or related degree or equivalent experience
