Skills Requirements 

• 10 years of ABAP HR (or HCM) development experience  (ON-PREMISE VERSION - NOTCLOUD/FIORI VERSION (only one of the three contractors is going to work on the cloud version)
• ABAP OOP experience (Object Oriented Programming)
• Must have experience with all on-prem HR/HCM sub-modules
• Payroll development/ABAP experience is a MUST

Skills Requirements –

• 1 contractor must have solid payroll development/ABAP experience
• 1 contractor must have Smartforms development experience
• 1 contractor must have Fiori experience (cloud experience) for Gateway Backend/oDataexperience for creating Fiori

Preferred /Nice-to-Have Skills:  

• Integration experience with Success Factors thru HCI is a plus.  
• Webdynpro experience is plus.
