RPA Automation Anywhere Developer
6-8 + months (long-term extensions)
- Must be comfortable settling down in the Marlborough, MA area when they return to the work from the remote work.
Minimum of 2 years of professional post-grad U.S. experience with RPA Development
- Technical Skills/Background
- Hard to find a Senior person in the RPA space
- Want 2+ years pure REAL levels of experience within RPA, would consider this senior enough
- Communication and written skills are key
- Could almost use a variety of different levels to build out their team, but at this time would help to start with someone who does appear to have a bit more experience, that 2-3 years to start.
- Begin the search with the more experienced folks (2-3 years), then open it up if necessary.
