Top 3 skills needed
- Good amount of Tableau suite
  - Tableau desktop
  - Tableau Prep
  - Tableau Server
  - Bottom line, Tableau experience, with some banking and mortgage experience.
- Data Cleaning, ETL
- Banking experience
  - Residential lending would be idea
- Some experience writing SQL would be nice
- College is preferred but if extensive work experience
Data Visualizations
Level 3 is 5 to 7 years of experience.
If they don't have banking or Mortgage knowledge, it will be more of a challenge getting started. They are very process orientated. Mortgage process is very extensive so that will be a little challenge if they don't have mortgage process exp.
Working to set up a Tableau Server
- Understanding where the data is coming from
- Understanding how their data works.
