Additional information and insight to help the candidate be fully educated about the position and responsibilities:

    • This is a pure Front-End Architect (Angular and React) who is skilled at setting up patterns and practice over a look and feel guy.  Think code architecture, local storage, store concepts
    • Performance (not in terms of loads images and static) but all effective dynamic use of state mgmt., storage, code
    • How did you go about State mgmt., local storage, session management?  What did you do, specifically, with performance and 100,000 rows of data?  How did you work with data sets that big?  (can’t load 100k lines of data and be useful) How do you keep it in memory?
    • State Mgmt. design: kind of like caching and when to fetch data and not. Serve only when no new net data but not data
    • App will feel slick to the user.  No waiting for page load.  Seamless experience.
    • On UX, someone with experience on alternate viewpoints that solve design like example (slide out and another slide out and 4 layers deep into app). Usually 1st one is layered view vs side by side. This is all a PLUS, but this person is an Architect to go deeper than broad on building repeatable processes, responsive pages from performance
    • The client needs improved performance on apps that are data (tons of grids not images) but data stuff
