Job Description:

             Require PEGA certification with 2 years of production support experience in PRPC 7.X

             Need experience in analyzing  and debugging the enterprise level application.

             Need experience in handling the Production incident based on the priority.

             Need analytical skills to debug the issue reported by customer and provide resolution with in the SLA time.

             Required to have experience in deployment activities and coordinate with external team for production release.

             Good to have server related knowledge to debug the environmental issues.

             Need to have sufficient knowledge in server related renewal or upgrade activities.

             Good to have experience in Banking and financial sector domain
