Job Description: 

Responsibilities & Skills:

*         Experience in Oracle DB admin with hosting Oracle in AWS (RDS & EC2)

*         Responsible for currently maintaining Oracle 12c including backup, performance tuning, capacity planning and documentation

*         Participate in the problem identification/resolution and root cause analysis process

*         Participate in disaster recovery and Business Continuity Planning (BCP), design, and execution

*         Good knowledge in golden gate replication

*         Experience applying Quarterly PSU Patching

*         Experience in export and import activities

*         Expert knowledge of backup and recovery practices

*         Works with development teams, propose Oracle database physical design

*         Knowledge on EC2, RDS, IAM services

*         Knowledge in rehydrating EC2 instance to latest AMI.

*         Knowledge on taking snapshot backups
