Role Description SAP ABAPSAP CRM Technical Consultant
This role will be responsible for assisting business users in defining requirements, relative to process & system needs and also in Planning, Designing, Configuring, Testing, Training & implementing solutions.
Candidate will have good experience in Run support for resolving day to day issues in CRM Areas.
Competencies SAP Advanced Business Application Programming (ABAP) for non-HANA, SAP Customer Relationship Management (CRM) : ABAP Technical
Experience (Years) 10 & Above
Essential Skills
· SAP ABAP Profound experience in CRM ABAP/4, CRM WEBUI programming, ABAP OO. Knowledge of BOL, SAP CRM (Service, Sales, Marketing) would be an added advantage.
· Working with SAP SD / CRM Business End Users for troubleshooting, training, and requirements gathering.
· Most of the support is around SAP SD / CRM Business Processes, including the interactions between SD and MM and FICO and CRM.
· Support existing SAP CRM related business processes
· Ability to quickly understand highly customized and modified processes by ABAP code analysis and problem identification
· Support the SAP CRM module by effectively turning over assignments to other regions on a daily basis as well as taking ownership of assignments from other regions in order to expedite issue resolution
· Strong alignment and collaboration with other SAP CoE teams
· Provide process-oriented business analysis in one or more functional areas
· Participates in the delivery of small enhancements of country specific business processes within the framework of a global template
· Offer technical solutions to fulfil and implement simple business requirements with standard methods
· Realization of SAP system customization in SAP CRM
· Solve SAP CRM module specific problems as contact person for our internal and external customers Provide functional descriptions and business process support to the development team
· Create business standard documentation of all new developments
· Participates in trainings Demonstrate flexibility and support for objectives / tasks of other IT organizations
· Processes: Sales Order Management, Returns, Repairs, Consignment Process, Back Order Process, workflow.
· Experience with Technical Objects à Functional Locations
· Familiarity with Enhancements, ALE /IDOCs, LSMW and RFC Interfaces
