JOB DETAIL

Experience being the QA Lead for a Marketing Cloud implementation project (Financial or Banking industry preferred) that included Email, SMS, and Push channels.

Salesforce Marketing Cloud Email Specialist and Salesforce Marketing Cloud Consultant certifications preferred.

Deep knowledge of the Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) platform.

Prior experience implementing full cycle projects SFMC.

Sr. Salesforce QA/SDET (Marketing Cloud)

As a Senior Salesforce QA/SDET, you will be the most senior QA/SDET on the team and will function as the QA Lead.  You will be a highly influential individual contributor with responsibility for critical outcomes.

You will be building a full QA/SDET team from scratch and will be highly influential in helping to hire other QA/SDETs and training/mentoring.

You will be determining and implementing a full QA/Automation plan for a large-scale Salesforce Marketing Cloud implementation and migration for a mission-critical messaging platform.  We are relying on you to be seasoned in all phases of the QA lifecycle and in pushing our teams to automate and move quickly.

You will be analyzing complex business and systems requirements and providing testing and automation solutions to meet system and user requirements.

You’ll be testing and integrating with backend systems, publishers, and partner teams to ensure the platform provides needed functionality and service, while all focusing on the prime goal of modernizing the platform and achieving immensely higher scalability and availability.

You’ll be a core member and technical leader of a scrum team that will include developers, QA/SDET engineers, product owners, architects, and other essential partner roles.

Important Experience and Qualifications

Experience being the QA Lead for a Marketing Cloud implementation project (Financial or Banking industry preferred) that included Email, SMS, and Push channels.

Salesforce Marketing Cloud Email Specialist and Salesforce Marketing Cloud Consultant certifications preferred.

Deep knowledge of the Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) platform.

Prior experience implementing full cycle projects SFMC.

Prior experience as a QA Lead – building a QA/SDET team from scratch; building the processes, tools, and data needed for all testing and validation; successfully deploying all phases of a large-scale SFMC implementation.

Experience with Email Studio, Mobile Studio, Journey Builder, Content Builder, Audience Builder, Analytics Builder, and Automation studio (Omni channel).

Ability to design testing and automation solutions on the SFMC platform based on technology and business needs.  Ability to assist in ensuring availability, redundancy, throughput, speed, and security.

Proficient in Marketing Cloud Connector and integrating with other Salesforce Cloud types (e.g.: Sales and Service Cloud and with external systems).
