Position: Devops Lead with E-commerce domain Exp
Location: SFO, CA
Job Type: 12+ Months Contract
Job Description:
- Support development eCommerce projects in Manhattan Associates EOM and Hybris on QA, performance, and Production environments.
- Maintain provisioning and continuous integration (CI) frameworks
- Maintain configuration management and continuous delivery (CD) frameworks Collaboration
- Work with Quality Engineers (QE) on integrating with continuous testing platforms
- Work with System Reliability Engineers (SRE) to improve site performance, reliability, and scalability
- Work with Information Security to implement security best practices
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in technology field
- 5+ years of eCommerce domain experience
- 3+ years hands on experience using cloud-based platforms such as VMWare, Azure, AWS
- Expert knowledge with Linux operating systems and command line tools, internet and network protocols
- Knowledge in infrastructure and platform VMWare tools
- Knowledge in middleware tools including MQ, Mulesoft
- Experience with DevOps toolsets including Chef, Terraform, Ansible, Puppet
- Experience with CI systems such as Jenkins, Bamboo, GitLab, GitHub
- Experience with configuration languages such as YAML, Json, HCL
- Experience with GPL such as Bash, Ruby, Python, Java, Go
- Experience with VCS such a Git, Subversion and branching/merging strategies
- Background in networking, VIPs, firewalls and load balancers
- Background with relational databases, DDL, DML
- Familiar with containerization platforms, such as Docker, Kubernetes
Option Qualifications
- Manhattan Associates EOM or Hybris application knowledge a plus.
- Experience with automation of tools to support monitoring and alerts such as New Relic, AppDynamics, Splunk, Sumo Logic
- Experience with CDN/WAF such as Akamai, CloudFlare
