JOB DETAIL

Essential Skills             

At least 12 years of IT Industry experience in Solutioning Human Resource process (SAP SuccessFactors & SAP HR)

• SAP SuccessFactors active certifications related to below SuccessFactors modules. (at least 3 including EC) Employee Central ( Must) Recruitment Management Recruiting Marketing Onboarding 1.0 Compensation Performance Management Variable Pay

• Effectively communicate the solution and value to all key stakeholders such as the business and IT clients, as well as the team, both onsite and offshore

• Make recommendations on strategic direction and roadmap for the use and implementation of the SAP applications, as well as integration with third party systems

Deep process and configuration knowledge across SAP SuccessFactors sub-modules and integration with other functions.

• Sound knowledge & Hands on experience related to integration between SuccessFactors & Third-party applications using integration center (mandatory)

• Hands on experience in Employee central, Recruitment Management, Onboarding, Compensation and Reporting related configuration & processes.

• Involved with 2-3 End to End SuccessFactors Project Implementation

• Sound knowledge and hands on experience related to Foundation object, Transactions, Workflows, MDF objects, Position management, people profile, Role based permission, employee data management & business rules.

• Sound knowledge on Global assignment, Concurrent employment, Cost distribution & Contingent worker

• Hands on experience in XML related changes related to Country specific data models, succession data model, requisition, offer templates, Compensation templates etc.

• Hands on experience in RCM-ONB-EC, Comp-EC and RCM-EC integration and instance synchronization

• Hands on experience in integration between ADP & SuccessFactors

• Business Process/Transformation Experience

• Excellent communication with executives and clients at Both Business and IT level

• Conduct work effort estimation and develop work plans

• Ability to conventionalize pre-blue print solutions based on limited information from clients

• Sound Knowledge on SuccessFactors-SAP HCM Integration

• Sound Knowledge on SuccessFactors-MIM Integration.

• Provides technical leadership to the team on new business requirements

• Understand the clients business processes and the business requirement and provide solution designing

• Develop the Solution and demonstrate it to the stake holders and getting sign off

• Ability to lead and facilitate design workshops, assessments, planning sessions
