Role: Business Analyst
Location: Dallas TX

Job Duties:
- Analyzing the AS-IS processes by reviewing the existing systems / processes / documents.
- Interact with the business to understand the pain points / gaps in the current AS-IS processes.
- Prepare some metrics / KPIs with data points to indicate the improvement opportunities.
- Define TO-BE processes based on the feedback from the business team and also from the identified improvement opportunities.
- Identify the automation opportunities in the current processes and incorporate the same in the TO-BE processes.
- Work closely with both business and technology teams to ensure the business priorities are addressed in the technology roadmap.
- Apply metrics to regularly evaluate the TO-BE processes that are getting implemented and accordingly identify further improvement areas.
Desired Skillsets:
- Need to have strong analytical and communication skills
- Ability to drive discussion with business teams and understand their priorities.
- Ability to work with cross functional teams across geographies.
- Need to have consulting mindset and think out-of-box.
- Ability to clearly articulate the requirements that that can be understandable for both business and technology teams
- Strong knowledge in defining process flows with pictorial representation.
- Experience of using MS Visio or similar tools.
- Any experience of working in process improvement engagement initiatives is highly preferred.
- Experience of consulting engagement is highly preferred.
- Real estate experience is good to have.
