Work Location: State Education Building, 89 Washington Ave. Albany, NY 12234
Scheduled Work Hours: 40 hours per week
Duration of Contract: 19 Months

Short description:
Responsible for the analysis of current and planned business process recommendations of current and anticipated modifications to support implementation of a new case management system.

Requested Qualification:
60 Months of Experience in Change Management Solutions
24 Months of Experience in Helpdesk/Support Solutions
24 Months of Experience in Knowledge Management Solutions
Bachelor’s Degree
Master’s Degree – Business Administration or Organizational Change Management
Prosci Certified Change Practitioner
Certified Change Management Professional

Day to day tasks:
Oversee the development and implementation of an Organizational Change Management (OCM) Program
Assist the OCM Team in the development of a Helpdesk solution, and oversee its implementation
Assist the OCM Team in the development of a Knowledge Management solution, and oversee its implementation
Conduct weekly/monthly meetings with stakeholders/subject matter experts to identify/prioritize/and plan for new change initiatives
Brief Executive Team weekly/monthly on new and in-progress change initiatives
Develop communications channels, and issue communications to the Project Team, Executives, Stakeholders, wider NYSED/ACCES-VR community, as necessary
