Note: Need a strong BA with prior experience in Travel/Airline industry. Should have worked on Reservation System/ GDS with an Airline.
Job Description:-
- 8 -10 years of experience At least 5 years in Travel industry and 2 years of Scrum Master experience Airline Agent Booking systems experience.
- Determine the requirements of a project program translate and communicate those requirements clearly to stakeholder
- Eliciting requirements, organizing/grouping requirements into functional categories, translating and simplifying requirements, and documenting findings in a Requirements Document.
- Drive the design or review of test cases, process change requests, and manage a project’s scope, acceptance, installation and deployment
- Document requirements, create functional specifications and prepare wireframes/flowcharts
- Review Functional test cases, Develop and manage user acceptance criteria
- Prepare technical user manuals, system configuration documents, assist in establishing end user training and other technical reports
- Interact with users, customer, other portfolios, and vendors; maintaining communication for full life cycle of project.
