• 3+ years experience in a Solutions Engineering, or any other customer-facing engineering role.
• Public Safety, Public Health or Emergency management experience preferred
• Familiarity with crisis and incident information management (CIMS) technology solutions preferred. 
• Skills/ Knowledge Requirements:
• Excellent understanding of HTML, JavaScript, CSS and common web programming skills.
• Experience with the Bootstrap framework and/or Material Design.
• Experience with RESTful services and APIs.
• Experience with Microsoft SQL Server.
• Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills with a strong ability to gain audience confidence, manage group expectations and overcome objections.
• Team-oriented; skilled in working within a collaborative environment.
• Must be comfortable working in a fast paced, deadline driven environment.
