The profiles we are looking for should have:

∙             BA – good analysis skills, gathering requirements, writing BDD style requirements, create process flow diagrams, work with development teams,

∙             Experience in post-trade processing (especially in clearing & settlement) in asset classes Equities, Fixed Income, Listed derivatives and OTC derivatives

∙             Experience in working in an agile  environment

∙             Experience with process mapping/mining tools (like celonis, signavio) is good to have (optional)
