3. 8+ yrs exp in IT with at least 6+ yrs in Java.

1^st round : Live Video Code pair Java test with Me

2^nd round : Live Video Code pair Java test with Capco Test lead

3^rd round : 30 Min Video call with Capco Manager

4^th round  :  30 min video call with the 2 Freddie Managers.

Initially they will be working remote but starting next year they will have to relocate to McLean VA.
