Masters or PhD. in Statistics, Operational Research, Computer Science or in a quantitative field.
• data platform design and development in large-scale and complex environments including:
o building and launching machine-learning models in production
o GxP related Life Sciences industry, where big data analytics already play a significant role preferred
o marketing mix modelling, econometrics, digital marketing or related analytics experience preferred
o Databricks, Axiomatics tools, or similar
o Agile and DevOps approach
• In-depth expertise and experience with AWS Cloud
• Experience with data modeling and integrating with source data systems and BI tools
• Expertise architecting and delivering highly-scalable, distributed, cloud-based enterprise data solutions
• Fluent understanding of data security and compliance requirements and experience designing data solutions that are secure and compliant
• Fluent in architecting and documenting architecture at multiple levels (high-level to detailed) and across multiple views (conceptual, logical, physical, data flow and sequence diagrams)
• Understanding and experience with Solutions Architecture methodology and practices

• Ability to communicate ideas in both technical and user-friendly language.
• Able to prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment.
• Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
