Role: BA with PLM
Location: Novi, MI
Duration: 6 months
Job description:
- Collecting and analyzing data for specific business needs for an application development.
- Documenting detailed Business/Functional requirements from cross functional organizational team and stakeholders.
- Manage project schedule and drive timeline for progressing the overall project timing.
- Coordinate meetings with the business members to collect requirements and clear scope.
- Testing business processes and recommending improvements for end to end process and data workflow.
- Clearly envision and detail documentation of end to end process workflow.
Qualifications:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Great analytical, critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent presentation and negotiation skills
- Proven management and organizational skills
- Strong adaptability and capacity to work in fast-paced environments
- In-depth understanding of organizational data flow and its use in management decision-making
- Two or more years of Business Analyst experience
- Excellent in MS Office Tools- specifically- Visio and PowerPoint.
- Efficient in Time management and meetings management.
- Conducting effective virtual workshops using Online tools.
Vendor/ Engagement Expectations:
- Harman has the right to interview and select the resource provided.
- The resource will continue through the entire engagement without being swapped out by the vendor.
- If Harman finds that the resource is not the right fit for the engagement, then the vendor must find a replacement within 2 weeks.
- Resource should have the flexibility to work in supporting Global time zones as stakeholders are Global.
- (Primary work zone will be IST).
