Title: SAP PLM consultant
Location: 100% Remote
Expected Duration: 8 months
Description:
SAP PLM components of EH&S, Recipe Development in PLM Web UI. Formula process steps.
Exposure to S/4 HANA -1809 or 1909 Based PLM is required.
Synchronization of Recipe to BOM. ECM for Recipe changes, general and plant recipes
Expertise on Guided Structure synchronization,
Specifications, Recipe, Engineering change Record involving Recipe and Material.
Solution with variant configuration (VC),Class and characteristic.
Specification Management - property tree, value assignment types, classes and characteristics assignments, Phrase management, Inheritance, relationships.
Change Management for specifications through workflow (ECM functionality)
Materials, Packaging specifications, components, design mapping & conversion from existing SharePoint data and Excel sheets. Ingredients, Process chemicals property trees, templates
DMS config and integration of PLM components, object links, PPM documents.
Integration to MDG is preferred.
Migration from Existing Web User interface to SAP S/4 system
PLM-DMS-CAD integration for drawings, 2D Visualization
Config system, landscape of architecture, working with technical team
Excellent in SAP PLM modules like SAP DMS, SAP ECM, Classification, Notifications, Material Management, Bill of Materials, Data migration,
Expertise on SAP PLM Web UI modules
Expertise in NPI (New Product Initiatives) projects
Expertise in Customizing, delivering Functional Specifications for enhancements of SAP PLM solution mainly on PLM Web UI.
Excellent in communication and presentation skills. This role will have lot of customer/ interactions, conducting workshops for requirements collections
Minimum of three End to End implementation Experience and 2 Support experience
