Position: Senior IT Project Manager

Role Description-
- Providing leadership and guidance to SMEs and stakeholders in the integration/implementation of projects and initiatives
- Delegate project tasks and responsibilities to appropriate team members
- Motivate team members and contractors, and influence them to take positive action and accountability for their assigned work
- Identify and resolve issues and conflicts within the project team
- Proactively manage changes in project scope, identify potential crises, and ensure project team devises appropriate contingency plans
- Identify and manage project dependencies and critical path
- Facilitating meetings with participants from the executive management to various lines of business management
- Creating and delivering presentations that address project tactical and strategic goals, accomplishments, key dependencies and upcoming milestones
- Developing program/project approaches, supporting the build-out of business cases, and identifying dependencies and conducting pilots
- Assisting to strategically solve for process improvement to gain efficiency and effectiveness through project delivery
- Ensuring the development and successful execution of project plans and actively monitoring resource and capacity planning
- Build, develop, and grow any business relationships vital to the success of the project
Qualifications:
- 10+ years project management experience
- Successful track record of delivering projects that meet business objectives
- Expert skills in project management methodologies, processes and industry standard tools
- Strong understanding of contact center management
- PMP Certification
- High competency and knowledge in Cisco Collaboration technology
