Description:
The Senior IT Project Manager position will manage large Contact Center technical projects from inception through implementation, delivering on time, on budget, and to the satisfaction of the senior leadership team. By interacting with senior leadership and stakeholders across ATA and the Operating Entities to clarify, define, and maintain complex project charters, business cases, risk analyses, project requirements, and project plans. Create and deliver presentations for senior leadership on project goals and plans, including ongoing progress/status reports.
The successful candidate will have a strong background in Contact Center technology and will have an extensive understanding of both waterfall and agile methodologies. We’re looking for a responsible, articulate and motivated change leader who can work cross-functionally across the business and IT to quickly identify vulnerabilities and obstacles, and then create innovative solutions to problems. This individual will develop strong partnerships with business counterparts and service owners, ensuring capability, usability and compliance requirements are met for the clients.
The ability to manage prioritization of competing business needs, demonstrating the ability to lead through ambiguity, partner productively with matrixed project workgroups, and drive successful timely execution of key deliverables is priority one.
General duties for this individual will include but are not limited to:
• Providing leadership and guidance to SMEs and stakeholders in the integration/implementation of projects and initiatives.
• Delegate project tasks and responsibilities to appropriate team members
• Motivate team members and contractors, and influence them to take positive action and accountability for their assigned work
• Identify and resolve issues and conflicts within the project team
• Proactively manage changes in project scope, identify potential crises, and ensure project team devises appropriate contingency plans 
• Identify and manage project dependencies and critical path
• Facilitating meetings with participants from the executive management to various lines of business management
• Creating and delivering presentations that address project tactical and strategic goals, accomplishments, key dependencies and upcoming milestones
• Developing program/project approaches, supporting the build-out of business cases, and identifying dependencies and conducting pilots
• Assisting to strategically solve for process improvement to gain efficiency and effectiveness through project delivery
• Ensuring the development and successful execution of project plans and actively monitoring resource and capacity planning
• Build, develop, and grow any business relationships vital to the success of the project

Qualifications:
• 10+ years project management experience
• Successful track record of delivering projects that meet business objectives
• Expert skills in project management methodologies, processes and industry standard tools
• Strong understanding of contact center management
• PMP Certification
• High competency and knowledge in Cisco Collaboration technology
