The Basics:

  1. Expert at Project Management – PMP, PSM/CSM, CSPO, Lean, Kanban.  Strong execution drive and technical aptitude to deliver customer value – Lead cross functional development from design through delivery
  2. Builds great partnerships and relationships with globally distributed cross-functional partners (e.g. Business, Product, Technology, Design, Architecture, Legal, Compliance, et al.)
  3. Possesses excellent inter-personal skills with amazing written/verbal communication skills
  4. Customer centric with innovative problem solving skills
  5. Extremely organized, Goal oriented, and experienced in Data analytics as well as Financial budget/Accounting (CapEx/OpEx) principles

 

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s Degree  [Technology preferred]
  • 5+ years of experience serving as Project Manager/Scrum Master in planning and delivering software solutions, such as online and mobile user experiences, underlying transactional systems, and integrating disparate systems

  • Leverages tools (e.g. Jira and Confluence) to elicit and define business and technical requirements, track requirements, prioritize features, curate content, sequence deliverables into sprints, and report progress
  • Good problem-solving, organizational and analytical skills, with the ability to coach and mentor all roles on a development scrum team
