Roles/Responsibilities
Teradata Data modeler with healthcare experience
Analyzing the source data model of source systems
Identify redundancies and inconsistencies in data
Define future state data model (logical, physical, domain data model) keeping performance and Business requirements in consideration
Create logical and physical data models using best practices to ensure high data quality and reduced redundancy.
Develop best practices for standard naming conventions and coding practices to ensure consistency of data models.
Experience with ER Studio.
Recommend opportunities for reuse of data models in new environments.
Optimize and update logical and physical data models to support new and existing projects.
Evaluate data models and physical databases for variances and discrepancies.
Validate business data objects for accuracy and completeness.
Analyze data-related system integration challenges and propose appropriate solutions.
It is nice to have experience in Talend or any other ETL Tools

Required Qualifications
Data modeler with Teradata and healthcare experience
10+ years of data modeling experience in healthcare domain
8+years of experience in Teradata  and Healthcare domain
Good experience in Teradata  Data Modeling
Experience in Healthcare domain
It is nice to have experience in Talend or any other ETL Tools
Strong data analysis skills and Data architect skills
Able to define data load pipeline and data standardization / cleansing rules
Able to define end to end data flow
