Need local to the client and Senior, but still very hands-on with manual testing. BA background is preferred. 10-14 years of experience would be ideal for this one.

·         Test functionality and create test scripts

·         Strong experience setting up test data in the backend (SQL background needed)

·         Work with offshore and lead some testing efforts

·         Business Analysis Skills a strong plus

·         Facilitates creating more robust automated testing solutions and providing subject matter expertise on best practices, processes while working in a collaborative and team oriented environment.

·         Understand business requirements, defines tests suites, manually validates functionality, develops automated test cases

·         Define and document detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured test strategies, plans and test cases

·         Define and coordinate release management for software releases

·         Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools and processes.

·         Experience in writing clear, concise and comprehensive test plans and test cases.

·         Hands-on experience with both white box and black box testing.

·         Hands-on experience with automated testing tools.

·         Strong knowledge of SQL and scripting.

·         Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process.

·         Experience with performance and/or security testing is a plus.

·         Design, develop and maintain automated test scripts for various components including user interfaces and APIs
