Job Description :
- Candidates with minimum 10+ years of experience. Strong recent development experience in TIBCO BWCE.
- The candidate should have experience migrating applications from TIBCO BW 5.13 to TIBCO BWCE.
- Essentially the person should be able to work with business, architecture and provide designs and be able to Co-ordinate work with offshore to deliver the project with minimal supervision.
- 75% Technical (SME on TIBCO BWCE, Spring Boot exp is a plus)
- 25% Leadership (Managing requirements, designs, best practices across multiple projects and coordinating with offshore for delivery)
