Candidates with minimum 10+ years of experience. Strong recent development experience in TIBCO BWCE.

The candidate should have experience migrating applications from TIBCO BW 5.13 to TIBCO BWCE.

Co-ordinate work with offshore to deliver the project with minimal supervision.

75% Technical (SME on TIBCO BWCE, Spring Boot exp is a plus)

25% Leadership (Managing requirements, designs, best practices across multiple projects and coordinating with offshore for delivery)
