Job Position: Ruby on Rails Developer

Location: Remote Job

Responsibilities:

·         Designing and developing new web applications.

·         Understand, Maintaining and troubleshooting existing web applications.

·         Writing and maintaining reliable Ruby code.

·         Proposing solutions to streamline the development process where ever required

·         Interacting with client, cross vendors and communicating, guiding offshore (RoR dev) team

·         Identifying and fixing bottlenecks and bugs.

·         Connecting applications with additional web servers.

·         Maintaining APIs, TDD.

Ruby on Rails Developer Requirements:

·         Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related field.

·         Experience in Design & Development of Web Applications using Ruby on Rails

·         Hands on experience with libraries like RSpec, RuboCop, FeatureSpec, Sidekiq

·         Proficiency with code versioning tools including Git, GitHub.

·         Hands on experience with AWS, Docker, Capistrano.

·         Strong experience with front-end technologies HTML5, Bootstrap, JQuery

·         Familiarity with MVC, Mocking, RESTful, and ORM.

·         Knowledge of server-side templating languages like Slim, Haml and ReactJS
