Digital : BI- Fundamentals of Business Analytics using SAS, Mortgage - Underwriting, Digital : Business Intelligence and Analytics Tools, PL/SQL, Visio, Banking Mortgage 
have worked as Business Data Analyst for minimum 5+ Years in Mortgage/Banking Domain
• have work experience with SAFe, Agile Scrum, Waterfall methodologies
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills• Strong SQL experience
• Excellent communication skills
• Demonstrated ability to interact with both business and technical teams to achieve goals
• Experience with Microsoft Office• Prior experience in mortgage industry
• Must have experience in documenting Business Requirements, System / Interface specifications and User Guides
• Clearly articulate and communicate with understanding of stake holder needs
• Must have experience in developing UML, modeling Activity, use case and Sequence diagrams using tools such as Microsoft Visio
• Exposure to tools Microsoft Project, Microsoft Office, JIRA
• Understand the methodologies and technologies that depict the flow of data within and between technology systems and business functions/operations.
• Analytical thinking; accuracy and attention to detail skills.
• Expertise performing Data mapping, data profiling and analysis using automated tools 
• Ability to analyze data using SQL data profiling tools and techniques
• Experience in Functional / user acceptance testing using manual / automation tools

Analyze data quality issues: profiling, analyzing, identifying proper data sources using SQL
• Move product towards desired end state by gaining an understanding of identified issues and the data environment then analyzing data to recommend 
a solution to Product Owner, Scrum Master, and developers
• Work closely with core Modern Delivery/Agile team members to answer questions related to data analysis
• Responsible for ensuring the final analysis product meets customers expectations and addresses the identified issue
• Ability to work independently and assertively with minimal direction to identify root cause of data issues
Experience working with SAS
• Experience working in an Agile environment
• Familiarity with SF and/or MF MLIS Regulatory Reporting process
