Position: Project Manager
Location: Remote
Duration: 6+ Months Contract
Job Qualifications / Requirements:
- Lab background either clinical or as PM (In-depth understanding of Lab department processes and workflows)
- Experience managing multi-site/stat project
- Experience as PM for EHR platforms.
- Will be Interface to orders and results with patient demographics.
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Follows a defined project management methodology, accountable for the detailed planning of steps and resources needed to meet the objective.
- PMs will interface up to 100 Cepheid devices and/or modules to various EHR platforms as appropriate.
- Interface to include orders and results with patient demographics. Scope includes all heritage CHI markets.
- Monitors and prepares reports to ensure work is progressing to meet the deliverables on time and under budget.
- Manages day-to-day operational aspects of a project and scope.
- Effectively applies Client IT’s methodology and enforces project standards.
- Solves conflicts and issues in a timely manner, escalating to manager as appropriate.
- Ensures project documents are complete, current, and stored appropriately.
- Manages project budget. Ensures quality control for all projects.
- Effectively communicates relevant project information to leadership.
- 10+ years project management.
- Project management experience in health care required
- PMI certification
- Ability to handle multiple tasks, set priorities, schedule and meet deadlines.
- Skills in Microsoft Project, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio.
- Skills in Google Docs, Sheets, Slides.
