Should have worked as Business Data Analyst for minimum 5+ Years in Mortgage/Banking Domain• Must have work experience with SAFe, Agile Scrum, Waterfall methodologies• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills• Strong SQL experience• Ability to identify and propose innovative solutions• Excellent communication skills• Demonstrated ability to interact with both business and technical teams to achieve goals• Experience with Microsoft Office• Prior experience in mortgage industry• Must have experience in documenting Business Requirements, System / Interface specifications and User Guides• Clearly articulate and communicate with understanding of stake holder needs• Must have experience in developing UML, modeling Activity, use case and Sequence diagrams using tools such as Microsoft Visio• Exposure to tools Microsoft Project, Microsoft Office, JIRA• Understand the methodologies and technologies that depict the flow of data within and between technology systems and business functions/operations.• Analytical thinking; accuracy and attention to detail skills.• Expertise performing Data mapping, data profiling and analysis using automated tools • Ability to analyze data using SQL data profiling tools and techniques• Experience in Functional / user acceptance testing using manual / automation tools•
