- 10+ yrs of experience leading and managing Video applications test program
- Excellent Knowledge of API Testing, Frameworks, Requests-Response Patterns with Debugging skills.
- Proficient in Linux flavors and should have knowledge of Linux commands, shell scripting, file structure.
- Experience with both Ansible and Hashicorp Terraform.
- Proven experience working in a DevOps environment and continuous integration/deployment pipelines.
- Experience with the software development lifecycle, including Scrum, unit and integration test automation, continuous integration and deployment.
- Knowledge of monitoring, logging, and metrics systems
- Proficient in Python/java programming.
- Excellent n/w concepts and protocols familiarity - (ARP/ICMP/DNS/DHCP client and servers).
- Experience with Postman and other API tools including Test/Defect Management tools like (TestRail, Jira)
- Experience with Splunk for basic monitoring, search and report generation
- Wireshark tool experience and knowledge on IPv4 and IPv6 is a plus
- Manage program with onsite, offshore and Charter teams.
- Define/manage configuration/change control processes
- Collaborates with customers, internal and cross-departmental technical teams to identify software problems and communicate remediation plans
