This PM will ideally start in the next 2-4 weeks, and will be involved with Procurement/RFP process to implementation  (full cycle PM). Remote for now until pandemic is solved.  Must work onsite after that.

 

Client is looking for an experienced, collaborative and hands-on Project Manager to ensure the successful execution of a major PeopleSoft ERP upgrade project. Ideally will have ERP experience and/or closely related large project management experience,

 

Under the direction of the Chief of Enterprise Applications, the Project Manager will perform all project management activities related to a PeopleSoft application and tools upgrade, migration from on-premises to cloud hosting, assessment and implementation of a cloud-base process scheduling tool, advancement of PeopleSoft images and discovery and implementation of functional enhancements.

The Project Manager will also develop, monitor and track budgets, staffing and related procurements and ensure the project is on time, budget, scope and quality. This includes responsibility for managing contracts and collaborating with vendors to develop work plans and project strategy. The Project Manager will oversee all aspects of the four project deliverables, including, but not limited to: migration to the cloud, migration off of mainframe, application upgrade, business process review, design, development, configuration, testing, training, change management, roll out and post production. The Project Manager will also oversee quality control reviews, manage risk, implement change control processes and define and monitor performance. 

Familiarity with Oracle PeopleSoft Human Capital Management application modules, especially Human Resources, Payroll, Time & Labor, Career Centers (Candidate Gateway and Talent Acquisition Manager), Benefits Administration, Absence Management, Enterprise Learning Management, ePerformance, eBenefits, eProfile, ePay and PeopleSoft Financials application modules
