Technical/Functional Skills   :

  • Strong SAS analytical and development skills required to trouble the issues and developed effective solutions
  • Good knowledge of database concepts with working knowledge on SQL, DB2 or Sybase database, and Stored Procedures
  • Innovative in providing solutions, and strives to constantly improve the application development processes and tools
  • Strive to constantly improve the application development processes and tools
  • Experience in all aspects of system development life cycle methodologies including waterfall and/or agile development
  • Experience leading development teams
  • Experience with Mainframe and Unix
  • Experience working with Agile / SAFe methodology

Responsibilities:

  • Solid understanding of business needs and develop business requirements, business rules and facilitate business requirements meetings
  • Gain in-depth understanding of source data and related controls to ensure integrity of reporting and analysis
  • Perform data extract and analysis as needed to collect, organize and maintain ad-hoc data, and provide support to internal data users to gather their reporting and analysis needs
  • Support ad-hoc analysis and reporting needs, including data querying, analysis and reporting.
  • Develop resolutions to complex problems that require frequent use of ingenuity and creativity
  • Present analytical findings to diverse audiences including executives and external parties
