Job Title:: Peoplesoft Functional Analyst

Job Location:: Remote Position

Job Duration:: 9+ Months

Job Description::

6-10 years of experience working with PeopleSoft HCM Application 9.2. Possess a firm understanding of the Human Resource applications' interaction with the Core HR, North American Payroll, Leave Accruals, Benefits Administration and Time and Labor modules.

6-10 years of experience documenting business processes and creating process documentation.

Familiarity with PeopleTools Application Designer and basic PeopleTools knowledge.  No development experience expected, but an understanding of the primary tables and technical processes that drive Payroll, Benefits and Time & Labor applications is expected.

5+ years of experience working through complex issues within HCM and performing root cause analysis.

Ability to communicate verbally and in written form in a clear manner to non-technical business users.
