Role: PeopleSoft Sr. Developer
Location: Auburn Hills, MI
Must Have: PeopleSoft HCM 9.2 / People Tools 8.57 (NA Payroll, Benefits, Time and Labor, Compensation)
Technical/Functional Skills:
- Strong hands-on experience in PeopleSoft NA Payroll
- Excellent experience in designing/developing interfaces - Application Engine, Component Interface, File Layout
- Good experience in managing customizations in PeopleSoft NA Payroll
- Excellent Production support experience managing Incidents, tasks, service requests
- Programming experience in SQR
- Monitoring Payroll run jobs and resolve the issues quickly
- Worked on Implementation, Support & Upgrade projects
- Exposure working on triggers and PL/SQLs
- Should have hands-on experience as individual contributor along with support Onsite-Offshore model
- Development on PeopleTools App Designer - Page, Component, PeopleCode, Records, Views
- Development of Application Engine
- Development of SQR
- Integration Broker
- PS Workflow
- PeopleSoft Security
- PL / SQL experience
- Extensively used People Tools Technical objects i.e. (Application Designer, People Code, Application Engine, File Layout, PS/Query, XMLP/BI Publisher, Component Interface, Application Package and Integration Broker).
- Process Knowledge – Benefits Administration, Core HR, Workforce Administration, Recruitment
- Extensive experience working in SQR and SQL
- PeopleSoft Internet Architecture
- Application Designer, PeopleTools, PeopleCode
Non-Technical:
- Bachelor's degree
- Excellent analytical and communication skill

- Analyze the requirements

- Quickly resolve payroll run issues
- Perform mapping exercise to design & develop file based interface
- Perform implementation in PeopleSoft system. Uses advanced applications programming concepts and organization objectives to resolve highly complex issues.
- Unit, system and integration system. Exercises judgment in selecting methods, techniques and evaluation criteria for obtaining results
- Prepare design document
- Prepare rollout plan
- Triage with FCA infrastructure team as needed
- Support integration launches
- Production support & monitor critical jobs
